La Tuna es una tabla dulce, estándar, perfecto para principiantes y una buena tabla para mantener en tu quiver para siempre. Para la costa del Pacífico de México te recomendamos aprender en una tabla mini-mal o funboard en lugar de un longboard. Un funboard, que traduzca a "tabla divertida", es más fácil de transportar, más fácil de atravesar en el agua blanca hasta llegar a la zona de "take-off", y aún tiene suficiente estabilidad para practicar tu pop-up y comenzar a carvear.
